Shipping Policy

At Downforce Designs, each front wing wall art piece is crafted with care and placed in a reinforced package to ensure safe delivery worldwide.

Currently, we only offer shipping rates for single and double item purchases. If you are interested in purchasing three or more units, please reach out to us to have it arranged.

 

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within one week unless otherwise stated. During product launches or high-demand periods such as the holidays, processing may take longer. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

 

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Please understand that once the item is with a carrier, Downforce Designs has no control over the delivery. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting the carrier if issues arise.

 

Shipping Regions & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship worldwide, including Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select countries in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

We are always working to expand our coverage to wider regions. If you're unable to purchase due to shipping availability to your location, please reach out to us via our contact form and express your interest.

Delivery times vary by region. Please understand that the estimated delivery windows are provided by carriers and unforeseen delays may occur due to clearing customs, holiday traffic, and other circumstances. 

 

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

We are happy to announce that Canadian and US customers are exempt from duties upon delivery. (for US customers, this only applies to Blank Canvas Front Wing purchases, and does not apply to the Custom Design Service or One-Off collection which are dispatched from our Canadian HQ).

Shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees once the package reaches the destination country. 

In some regions, Downforce Designs makes efforts to reduce or cover these fees for our customers. However, in the event that duties or taxes are applied, the customer is responsible for paying these charges. We cannot control or predict these costs, as they are set by local governments and customs authorities. In some cases, you may contact your local customs to clarify the HS category of your package, which can significantly reduce duties and fees.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being held, returned, or destroyed by local customs. Downforce Designs is not responsible for these outcomes. Return or refund requests related to duties will not be considered.

 

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages 

Downforce Designs is based in Canada. While we are proud to offer service to international markets, please note that once a package departs our warehouse, the customer assumes responsibility for coordinating with their local courier for any delivery issues, rescheduling, or local access problems.

Due to international telecommunications and privacy restrictions, Downforce Designs cannot contact local couriers on your behalf. In the event a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or "unclaimed" status, the following will apply:

  • The order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee
  • Any return-to-sender fees and additional processing/service charges incurred by the courier will be deducted from the final refund
  • Re-shipping the item will require a new shipping payment from the customer

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please contact the shipping provider directly. Downforce Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the courier.

For packages lost in transit (never marked delivered), please contact us at contact@downforcedesigns.ca within 30 days of your order and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue. All orders in our system are automatically marked as delivered if no contact is made within the 30 day window.
